We started Divaloper with one goal in mind:
To be the powerhouse that provides the ambitious lady the right training, tools , community and mentorship on their journey to economic empowerment.

What We Do

Our mission at Divaloper is to bridge the gender gap in tech and introduce more females in tech through education, training and mentorship.

Education

We equip our ladies in latest technologies through coding boot-camps, workshops and sharing resources to help them in their tech careers and business ideas.

Mentorship

Our goal is to identify and solve the barriers and standing blocks hindering ladies to pick up STEM careers and keeping mentees from achieving their professional goals.

Community

To use building a sisterhood is key thats why we organize events,meetups and webinars to help our ladies connect with other amazing women in the community.

Ultimately, we seek to promote economic, social and educational development of Northern women including eliminating gender biases in tech, advancing women’s capabilities and leadership skills, promoting participation in decisions that affect their lives.
